Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to AetherQuest, including all games, the NFT marketplace, token swap, and AI-assisted features. By connecting a wallet or using Guest Mode, you agree to play fairly, respect the anti-cheat and anti-bot systems, and accept that on-chain transactions are irreversible.

Digital assets minted or purchased within AetherQuest are owned by the connected wallet holder and may be freely traded, subject to applicable law in your jurisdiction. AetherQuest Labs does not custody user funds or private keys at any point.

Accounts found manipulating matchmaking, exploiting the AI mission generator, or using bot automation may be suspended from ranked modes, seasonal leaderboards, and reward distribution without prior notice.
